Venezuelan Congress advocates "the end of private property", aka "wealth redistribution"

From El Universal:
Venezuela's National Assembly circulated among legislators a document outlining... guidelines to be followed... The document describes the way to break off with the capitalist system and give way to socialism.

The publication entitled "Situational Report," dated July 2009..., claims that the main challenge is to break up with the model of capitalist production through "the end of private property as a form to appropriate the capital gains of producers."...

In addition to the end of private property, the document stresses the need to "replace the market as the economic pillar with the life of human beings [being] served by a conscious planning to meet their needs."...
Hmmm, sounds like Obama's philosophy........
