Bin Laden audio tape: "The Winds of Change" & the Arab Uprisings
Al Qaeda has released an audio tape of Osama bin Laden, in which he extols the current Arab Uprisings as "winds of change" that will soon spread through the entire Islamic world. Familiar words, indeed....
