Despite the fact that over 500 civilians have been killed in Syria during government crackdowns on protesters calling for reform, the Obama administration is steadfastly continuing its allegiance to the Syrian regime and remaining faithful to Bashar al-Assad, whom they' depict as being a genuine "reformer'.
